ING Bank Service Design

Within ING Bank there is a strong believe that if they won't learn to innovate faster, the company will seize to exist within the next 10 years.


One of the problems many banks are facing is KYC, Know Your Customer. It takes a lot of resources on client side and at the bank, and is seen as an annoyance by both. Several solutions have hit the market but no silver bullet yet. Together with PA Consulting we ran an Google-style Design Sprint that resulted in 3 very promising and tested prototypes.
